We are deeply committed to serving our city and our world. This value comes from Jesus Himself and is an aspect of the Christian life that cannot be simply set aside; it is not optional, but rather vital to a healthy Christ-centered life.
For this reason we are committed as a spiritual community to acts of service that proclaim to the world that Jesus is indeed the good King who desires all to enter into His government of blessing. We are also committed to leading individual lives of service and teaching other individuals to enter into a life of loving service.
Join us and see for yourself if it is truly 'more blessed to give than receive!'
Delaware Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
SUNDAY MORNING VISIT
We currently spend our Sunday mornings in a local retirement facility. We sing songs and play guitars for the residents. Sit and listen to those who desperately want to be heard. Smile at people who need it. Play games, draw pictures, share stories. It is a simple, yet profound, way to share the love of God.

Join us at the corner of Delaware and Utica at 10:15 am, we are usually done around 11:45. We also have breakfast available beforehand for anyone who wants to join us!

Buffalo City Mission
WEDNESDAY CHAPEL SERVICE
Every other month we take an evening off from our usual plans and lead the chapel service at the Buffalo City Mission. We still gather together for potluck meals at 6:00 pm, but leave for the Mission before 7:00 pm. It is an hour long service with worship and a message and is over around 8:00 pm. This takes place on the fourth Wednesday of every odd month.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON KITCHEN DUTY
The fourth Sunday of every month a group of us head down to the Mission to help prepare and serve the evening meal. They can always use an extra set of hands, and this is a very easy way to serve those in our city who have a great need. We meet there at 3:00 pm and are finished by 6:00 pm.
